Yeah um didn't do so good on Mother's Day. Had breakfast at my Mom's and ate a healthy 500 cal meal. I planned on trying to sneak through lunch and then eat dinner but we had dinner too late and I decided to eat some baked scoops and some awesome black bean and corn salsa while waiting... and a small glass of Merlot... and a 1/2 peanut butter sandwich... Then we ate this awesome pasta/eggplant/turkey sausage pie that Matt baked in a puff pastry crust in a spring form pan and it was beautiful. And delicious! All good for you things, just high in overall calories. So I get points for no sweets and that's about it because I ended up way over cal and it freaked me out. I'm calming down about it and I have decided to weigh in maybe Wed. instead of Tues but I'm pretty sure I won't see that fantastic number that I saw on Sat after the run.
That's okay.
I would really like to be at 165 for the Memorial weekend. [insert praying hands here]

It was one day. Now go for a good run tomorrow and don't worry about it. It will be fine.
