I overslept… like a rock till 5:20 a.m. :cross3: I was so disappointed! I had plans to get up and run my 5 miles and I had more time today because my brothers are at the house and I didn’t have to drive an extra hour round trip today to Mom’s with the baby… I feel like I totally blew it and at the same time I guess I needed the sleep. Maybe I can get to bed early tonight and get an hour to run in the morning. I’m so afraid to get on the scale tomorrow because I just know it did not budge again this week. :bang: I need to stay focused! AAAHHHHH!!

Okay, off to another day at work…
