which was fine but what did I do with this new found free time? Something responsible and diet friendly? No. Absolutely not. I met my hubby at TGI Friday's and had 1 potato skin, 4 wings, 1 mini bbq burger and not 1 but 3 Bloody Marys. I was actually doing pretty well until the Bloody Mary part. Wow. The best I could do was get up at 4:15 and get a 5 mile run in. A rather stiff one I might add... apparently that 18 miler on Saturday beat me up much more than I thought.
