Bugger. So Matty stayed at Granny's last night :eyebrows: which was fine but what did I do with this new found free time? Something responsible and diet friendly? No. Absolutely not. I met my hubby at TGI Friday's and had 1 potato skin, 4 wings, 1 mini bbq burger and not 1 but 3 Bloody Marys. I was actually doing pretty well until the Bloody Mary part. Wow. The best I could do was get up at 4:15 and get a 5 mile run in. A rather stiff one I might add... apparently that 18 miler on Saturday beat me up much more than I thought. :beatup:
So I am 6.5 pounds over goal which is basically a month off. I was hoping to be at 150 for Matty's 1st B-Day party on Sunday and I will be settling for 150 by Labor Day at this point. That's okay I guess. I have made it through the entire summer almost, including July 4th and vacation and several parties and am only off goal by 6.5 pounds. ARGH!!! :bang:
Better run... work is calling... :frog:
