I am not getting on the scale until Friday but day 2 of sticking to it is almost over since my 2 week crash and burn. It was a rough PMS deal this month. A couple of times a year it seems to be overly nasty... Way tired, way craving, way lazy. But tomorrow I am going to start some short, quick morning jogs to get my blood flowing - I love these sub 40 degree mornings to work up a sweat!Monday, October 20th 2008
So we all know that I fell apart and switched to the half in September... It was a perfect day to race! A little cold at the start (35 degrees) but it got better! I finished the half in 1:56:37 which is only about a minute longer than my best time in 2006 so I am happy.
