I am not getting on the scale until Friday but day 2 of sticking to it is almost over since my 2 week crash and burn. It was a rough PMS deal this month. A couple of times a year it seems to be overly nasty... Way tired, way craving, way lazy. But tomorrow I am going to start some short, quick morning jogs to get my blood flowing - I love these sub 40 degree mornings to work up a sweat!
Thanks to the hubby who is my biggest fan. I am going to miss him SO SO much when he goes off hunting all next week without me.
