It's 3;30 a.m. and I am debating whether to go run now and get it over with or go back to brd for a couple hours. I'm thinking that if I don't get a couple more hours of sleep then my body will kick me later... like around exactly 3 or 4:00 tomorrow as the first guests for Matty's big number 1 B-Day bash gets going. So, my recent feelings of wanting to bury myself in a large bag of m and m's and simultaneously rip someone's head off is probably to due that time of the month... which also may account for me losing 3 pounds overnight and being back to square one. No loss, no gain this week but after the 3 pound gain scare, I'm going to be content till next week...

Then again, whenever I get down, I just look at this little monster and it's all better! :kiss: ...

My little sunshine thinks his toy basket is a climbing toy....

Wow. I have gained 3 pounds since last weigh in. I have nothing to say except that I am never having more than 2 drinks in one sitting again and I am not eating anything off the plan until I hit 145. That's it!! I am pissed! :scream2:
I am going to the grocery tonight to order Matty's cake and I am getting a few things that I can pack for lunches. Light turkey sandwiches and fruits and veggies, here I come!

Day 143

Bugger. So Matty stayed at Granny's last night :eyebrows: which was fine but what did I do with this new found free time? Something responsible and diet friendly? No. Absolutely not. I met my hubby at TGI Friday's and had 1 potato skin, 4 wings, 1 mini bbq burger and not 1 but 3 Bloody Marys. I was actually doing pretty well until the Bloody Mary part. Wow. The best I could do was get up at 4:15 and get a 5 mile run in. A rather stiff one I might add... apparently that 18 miler on Saturday beat...

Day 139...

I ran a little 4 mile race last night to kick off a local festival. It was at 7:00 p.m. and about 85 degrees out. I decided to go almost as hard as I could and see how it went. usually I am really conservative because I'd hate to crash and have to walk it in. It went surprisingly well and I had the best short race time ever for me! 4 miles in under 36 minutes! I'm very tired today but it is a good tired, a contended feeling. :)
