New picture of my darling boy....
...Holding steady just under 160 now for a few weeks... No gain but only a half pound fluctuating loss. I knew my system would have to get used to these long runs once we got into them. I try to eat extra on the days when I run 5 miles or more but I just get so busy that I can never eat enough. I didn't even get my minimum calories in yesterday- never mind eating back any exercise calories. I actually have a goal this week of remembering to eat all m...

Matty and Great Uncle Freddy (aka. barber)
Matty was up 3 times last night and I was so tired that I didn't run this morning.
But I have a 7 mile group run tomorrow morning...
And I tried on a pair of jeans in the closet to maybe wear to the surprise birthday party tonight for Stacey and they look really good!
...so today isn't all bad...

Matty's first haircut.

I broke 160!.... for today anyway. heehee.

Even if I fluctuate back up a little I got to see it today and that's the best!
I didn't run today.

I don't know what happened. I woke up at 4:00 when the alarm went off but I just felt exhausted, so I snuggled back down till 5:30. I would get out tonight but I have too many errands to run after work. Maybe tomorrow morning just for a quick run. Saturday is a 12 miler...
