Women are grumpier???

LOL.... On the news this morning was a report on a study that started out by saying that women were grumpier than men in the mornings...
At which point my hubby poked me in the ribs and laughed... at which point I demonstrated my grumpiness... ANYWAYS.... they concluded that it could be due to the fact that most of the women complained that they got less sleep because of their husband's snoring... (um, yes!) and also due to the fact that women do more household tasks before leaving for work in...

So I made it to Thursday unscathed...
It's not so bad... lol... it's only the beginning of winter in Ohio!

So it's halfway through the week! I got off to a much better start... Up at 4:40 (after hitting snooze half a dozen times
) Matty was up watching TV before 4 so I was in and out of dreamland most of that time... I don't mind at all. It's just nice knowing that he is still next to me and doesn't go downstairs to watch it.

Warning... a bunch or reflective mumbo-jumbo to follow...It's been awhile since I've just taken the time to remember what I have in my life...
I have been letting silly details in life overwhelm my gratitude and love for the important things.
I don't know if it started when Matty was gone for the month... or when I started working 7 days a week this spring but whatever the cause.. this has got to stop!
God did not give me the most incredible husband on the face of the earth...

Monday am....A 'so-so' weekend... I didn't really count calories but I ate very moderately and stopped eating when I was not hungry.... YIKES! The scale was horrifying this morning!
I am crossing my fingers and hoping that it was a few more carbs and not drinking enough water... I thought I had plenty of water yesterday but this morning my right eye was puffy even up into my eyelid which they do when I am dehydrating...
