Good Friday the 13th!!Whoo! Up and running at 4:45 today! I get to sleep till 6am tomorrow and Sunday!
It was frickin' cold with a wind chill at twenty-some degrees. So I added a fleece to the ol' running uniform. Still wore the shorts but the fleece was a good idea..

Did someone say COLD???
I'm not sure which is worse... running last night through torrential rains and tornado sirens or the shocking windchill and 39 degrees that greeted me this morning on my little jog....I have run pretty much everyday in a bra and shorts since late May so today, knowing we were going to get a cold snap I threw on a short sleeve tech shirt. ha ha ha !! I don't think so!!
I think I have windburn on 60% of my body and Matt said the cold was rolling off my body...

Happy Hump Day!!Made it up again today by 4:45! Ran 3.5 m.... did some lunges and squats in the driveway....
I was tempted to hop up on the scale this morning but I want my official 're-start' weigh in to be on Friday... and even though I didn't trash the weekend eating, I didn't count any calories so I don't want to prematurely get all depressed
I don't even want to admit to Matty (apparently I am about to...
) that I need to lose 20 pounds to get back to the lithe beaut...

Good Tuesday Morning!!I made it up at 4:45 (with Matty's help
) and ran my 3.5 miles and did a little bit of upper body weights... should have done more weight work but got distracted... laundry and crap... 
I actually wore a dress to work today
It's fun to look a little bit nicer once in a while... except when I carried the little overflow well from the coffee machine I slushed nasty old coffee juice on my skirt

It's Monday, It's gorgeous out, my hubby is home safe and sound... Life is good.We kicked off our bowling season last night with Uncle M & Aunt T.... Tons of fun and I think is going to be a great distraction from Sunday evening pizza attacks
I didn't do too bad... Next week our teammates are going to be in Vegas so I'm going to have to figure out the computer thingy by myself
Everyone seems very nice though and I think they will help me out. Matty did very well. He's pretty...
