I took a long weekend around the 4th and enjoyed it SO MUCH! Matty and I slept in every day and played hard and napped hard. It was a well timed break for the two of us. Daddy had to work except for Fri, Sat and Sun...
We are assured by the 20 week ultrasound that we are having a girl!
I am still in shock and not truly absorbing this fact (secretly I won't be shocked if the doctor ends up being wrong, lol) It will be the first girl in 35 years and 9 births. My family is doubly excited. ...

Ha ha - I just had to send out a lecturing email reminding my staff that mean people suck and to stop being mean.
There are only a handful of color printer/copiers in this entire buidling and we are fortunate to have one in our area- but what do people like to do? Feeling so much better than the last 2 months...
I was actually driving home on Saturday from a fun morning at the grocery and Starbucks with Matty and thinking, wow, I feel great! I put Matty down for a nap and didn't fall down right after him into my own bed exhausted. So apparently I have progressed into that 'middle stage' of pregnancy where I feel good. Except for being quite a bit sicker this time around those last 2 months, I am 20 pounds lighter and eating 100% better. I am so gr...

I really miss checking in here so I am going to try to keep up for awhile... work is at a doable pace and that 20 mo old of ours is sleeping through the night again.
Aside from the horrible sinus cold that I have been fighting since Friday morning, I am feeling more rested than I have in a long time.I am finally feeling better and more energetic now that I am heading into the 12th week of preggo land.

Okay - now that it has had a couple days to settle in I can tell the ol' CK crowd... It is way too early to spill the beans but we have taken the leap again and we have created a sibling for Matty B.
It will be in the oven yet for 9 months... I'm only 3 weeks... but I am pretty 'stoked' (to use a husband's word.) I was hoping to make it through a summer feeling good about myself in my clothes but all things good come to those who wait- right?lol... hugs to all.
