Happy hump day!!
Bible Study was great as always... towards the end we were sharing praise and prayer requests and one of the single gals started kind of whining how us married girls like to talk about babies so much... when Lisa just piped up and said "I guess this is not a good time to tell youa ll I am pregnant then.." OMG!! I was screaming!! YEAH!!!
I am so excited for them... She and Brian just decided to try last month and there you go!!

Hello Tuesday!!Not too bad of a start... Did well yesterday, I am once again allowing myself to eat back exercise calories if I feel like it and last night by golly, I felt like it! I still came in 101 cal. under net. It just feels like so much!!
Bible Study is tonight... will be great to see the girls and hang out and 'discuss' .
I splurged on a tall pomegranate frappucino at Starbucks... YUMMY!! high is sugar/carbs but pomegranate is really good for ya and for 210 cal it really...

Good Monday Morning!!Made it through the weekend without blowing the food plan!! Woo Hoo! Major accomplishment for moi!!
The scale doesn't reflect any loss but no gain either... Given the extreme heat and all the H2O I have been chugging I am rather pleased with the no gain aspect. I still feel ahead even though there isn't a real loss showing up....
I spent all Sat & Sun outside in the 94 degrees and 85% humidity so I am sure my hydration level is a little wacky... I kind ...

I'm off to water at the garden center.... I NEVER call off sick unless I am really ill but I had to think twice to convince myself not to call off this morning... I am going to try to get out of there at a decent time...Which means I've gotta get down there soon. First I have to water my own plants here in the yard....
