Not much today.... got in at 1am (holy smokes!) Slept in till 9am (WTF!!!??) Even hubby slept that long and he never sleeps later than 6am....
sleeping in was blissful... Went to Panera for those baby quiches and Starbuck's.... Then we watched a movie in bed. Ahhhhhh....
Got up and showered... went to grocery for picnic stuff and a few more lawn chairs.
Had some time to burn and didn't want to go home so stopped at Outback to see friends and have an icy mug beer... no food.

Quick entry.... ran 5.5 mi this morning
Came home, finished paintning the shed/barn out back with the DH.... showered and went out to check on sales at the Gap and Banana... not so good. Stopped to split an appetizer at TGIF and a beer....
Home to shower again and get dressed for hubby's 'cocktail hour' at Gibby's.... only the first of a weekend of events celebrating his 20th H.S. reunion

Weigh in today... Up 1 pound. Actually considering my 'less than stellar' performance last weekend I am perfectly OK with that. Actually I'm pretty happy. I plan on breaking through this weekend with flying colors and breaking 150 by next weekend!
Got up this morning at 4:30 with the hubby and told him I'd be down in 10 minutes....

At 4:55 my cell phone rang next to my head and the hubby was calling me from the kitchen phone downstairs to wake me up

Good Morning!
I did OK last night... the dozen marshmallows and peanut butter at 10:30pm was certainly not necessary but it didn't put me over net so I'll live with it and move on...
I don't normally record mowing the lawn as exercise but I'll tell ya, after push mowing our front and back lawn
and the neighbor's lawns 'back to back' without a break I was 'winded'. Phew!
Weigh in is tomorrow and I haven't been stellar this last week for sure, but a 1 lb loss would really be nice. I ...

Good Wednesday Morning!! Once again I am on my Tues - Friday 'high' where I am so on track and in a great mood and
so motivated!!
That's OK. Maybe this week I will break through the Fri,Sat,Sun,Mon barrier... Sometimes when I am confronted with even more pressure (the upcoming holiday weekend) I actually do
better maybe because I am more prepared.
And I told my weekend job that I was not available so I can get some ealy morning long runs in this weekend! I am so pumped about that. ...
