Good Thursday Morning!!

Another fabulous start! I was up till midnight doing laundry!! :@

Let me clarify something... My darling MIL lives with us and is a hard little worker. But when I do laundry I take another 10 minutes when it comes out of the dryer to neatly fold T-shirts and other articles of clothing that look fine if hand 'pressed' and folded flat while warm....

She will do several loads of laundry and just keep throwing them in baskets until they are almost wrinkled beyon...

Good Wednesday Morning!!

Doing good this am. Actually felt pretty skinny until I got dressed. =D This skirt was really big once upon a time... At least I can get it on!!

Ran 3.5 miles/ did one set of walking lunges up the driveway/ 100 crunches/ some flys and curls with my little 5#.... Trying to ease back into upper body stuff. In a couple weeks I want to start on push ups. For now I'll take baby steps :)

Well, got the dreaded call yesterday... thanks to all pulling for me... The G...

Good Tuesday Morning!!

3.5 miles ran and some quick walking lunges up and down the driveway 3X, 100 crunches, then 3 sets of 5# curls and flys.

Gosh I miss having all that gym equipment (with my old membership)but I am not going to stop doing any weight work just because of it. Less effort but I've got to stay consistent...

Day 4 of no sugar. Going pretty good...

I wanted a Fresca last night just for the 'sweet' shot but I skipped it. Part of weaning off sugar is ridding your...

Um .... Really bad weekend. Kind of a blow out in prep for the no sugar challenge. Why do we do that? Binge on stuff we shouldn't have in preparation for a disciplined diet?

I know, when I stop to think about it that I just set myself behind 3 or 4 days in getting all this s#%t out of my system. Sometimes I wonder about myself.

HALLELUJAH!! IT'S FRIDAY!!! =D

I got up at 4:30 ( against my body's will :) ) Ran 3.5 miles... (the knee is SO much better!!!) Did walking lunges up and down and back up the driveway. Then packed all 3 meals and snacks for the day (I am working my weekend job after work tonight also) Packed a change of clothes, did 100 crunches, drank 32 oz of water and now I am sitting at my desk on a rainy Friday morning!!

So happy today for getting a jump on it!!
