OK. so i stayed off the scale all week hoping to get back to a reasonable starting point for my new direction till this am.I was 2 pounds over where I thought was the highest I could handle. Not feeling so good today.
So I have the day logged out and I have 4 green checks. That's only the 2nd time ever! I would say 90% of the time I undereat 100-200 calories a day.
I just can't seem to make myself eat all my calories for the day. So here we go again... Eat back up to net and se...

Half way through the week! Can you believe it??I had my Relay for Life meeting last night. I haven't been running on the bum knee at all for the last 10 days hoping to get it well enough to run the relay on 6/9&10. But after getting together with some fellow running junkies last night I couldn't hold back...
I jogged 3.5 miles this morning and it hurt but it was OK!! I am so very excited! I couldn't 'bust out' at all. I tried to do a couple fartleks but the knee won't allow it. I...

I am so excited! I have a hair appt tonight. It needs TLC.
I have a meeting for the cancer society relay tonight. I haven't ran in 10 days and my knee is still very sore. Hopefully it will be well enough in another 10 days...
I watered all the freshly planted stuff this morning before leaving for work... The DH loaded up his truck with all the brush from yesterday's rampage.
I can't wait to come home and just relax in...

Life doesn't get any better..... the Dh is up at 6:30 ready to tackle the hedge between us and the neighbors... I'm off to get us some Starbucks and come back to help. I haven't been in there in awhile. The DH stops every morning so the girls always like to chat and laugh about him when I come in. I LOVE being married to such a 'people person' We have so much fun together with everyone.4:00pm ~~ The yard is looking awesome! We've been at it all day... Planted a dozen 1 gallon perennials ...

Back at the garden center again today. I love working there when I am there but I am also so very glad that it is part time and not my full time job anymore....What a gorgeous day! I wish I could soak all this heat in and bottle it up for winter.... I don't think that's possible just yet...
The DH's course ( where he is a member ) is finally done with renovations! He is so excited... He and his Sunday golf buddy got a 2:30 tee time which is really late for them but not a bad time fo...
