OK , so remember how I said I was house-sitting and they had a pantry full of sweets and a freezer full of ice cream??

Good Wednesday Morning!!
The birds are singing, the fog is burning off and maybe, just maybe, the sun will come out today!!
I ran/walked my 3.5 miles this am. It feels like I am running more and walking less every day but my time is solidly the same. Oh well.
I am definitely walking the 5K this weekend. If my Mom wasn't walking it I would just limp through and run it. But since I have a walking buddy I will be smart about this.

Good Tuesday Morning!!
I tip toed to the scale 2 days early for weigh-in... I wanted to see how I did after eating more than usual from marathon weekend. Not too bad! Up 2 pounds but I was anticipating much worse. I am feeling 'in the groove' now. Training for a long race for me makes consistent weight loss difficult. I get somewhat leaner but I still need to drop 10-15 pounds to wear the majority of my summer stuff. When you are running 50-60 miles a week you have to feed well. I just go ...
