Good Morning All!! :hi:

Despite the hubby ordering pizza on Saturday AND Sunday I did very well.
I struggled through 2 miles of running on the knee Sunday morning and felt marginally better this morning. I ran/walked 3.5 this morning.

It is very scary not to be able to do whatever you want to physically. It gives me more respect for the elderly and physically impaired.

Back to work. Feeling like I am back on schedule. Took me an entire week to get that worked out! :)

First attempt at running today... OUCH! :(

My left knee is so angry/inflamed. I think I will try to run/walk every morning this week. I only got 2 miles and I can run through pain but this is more than pain. I will check out the community rec center close to work and try to start on a bike/swimming workout for awhile.

If I don't recover the knee no Columbus marathon this fall. I really wanted to try 2 marathons this year. :D

Hi guys! Wow. :) I slept till 7:30!! That felt awesome... and here I am, unshowered, in my hubby's T-shirt and playing on CK 4 hours later. The hubby is at work till 1 and I never stay home and chil out. It is so very nice. Although the voice of the laundry is getting louder.... :evil:

I'm watching one of those Ocean Spray commercials and they always crack me up... those 2 guys standing in a cranberry bog. I love cranberry juice and never drink fruit juices anymore, but I might have to get some o...

Good Friday Morning!!:D

It is ridiculously gloomy and my left knee feels like I ripped it off and crammed it back on incorrectly . :'( So I did crunches, some upper body weights and some 'ball' moves this morning. I will walk at noon but this not being able to really do cardio without a machine is killing me. I am going to take it easy on the knee today and tomorrow and then go for an easy jog on Sunday.

If the knee doesn't get better with rest I will be so sad... It will be fine, just n...

Good Morning! I am so sleepy today but I've got... to... keep....moving.... :)

Stick to the basics today. I am not so good at alternate means of exercise since I am recovering from the race. The only think I had time for in the past is all that darn running!

I did some long stretches this am and I have been walking every day but when you are used to eating 1500 cal and working off at least 500 cal. I am hungry and frustrated. This too will pass.
