HMMM... Not such a great day yesterday in the end but I semi-recovered by evening.
One thing I gotta say is that when I used to let a day spin out of control, then I would just go crazy till I was sick and then have ZERO motivation to get up and exercize the next day. I told the hubby that this had to be the coldest morning I have been out running this year yet. Brrrr. It felt good, but I wouldn't say 'great'.
I felt like I was yo-yoing alot more than ever so I bumped my exercise goal up to 500 cal a day and I think it's working! I haven't weighed in since the change in plans but I feel thinner. Lord, that HAS to count for some...

Howdy!
I know they have been predicting all this terrifying weather to hit us ohhh... an HOUR ago. Which is typical of weather patterns that are predicted to come through. We are getting a fair amount of the white stuff at the moment but it doesn't look too intense. I think the storm wore itself out as it blasted through Indy... (hi Rev!!!

The only part about it that affects myself is the blasted wind that I had to fight against this am when running and the 17 degrees. ARGH!! I can do...

So, of course I didn't check in at all this weekend. I was in 'Calories, What the H- are those??' -mode.
It was okay though. I did not eat myself silly I only enjoyed a sensible (not calorie controlled, mind you) dinner out and a piece of strawberry shortcake on Saturday and BW3's for wings and a serving of onion rings on Sunday (I mean 'hello, the Buckeyes hung in there pretty good'

I kinda wanted a beer but I held off. It just goes so much better towards not overeating when I stay away ...

Needless to say, today has been DISASTROUS! But I decided to be a big girl and log every last calorie. Hmmm. I guess I should settle down for a good ol' maintenance month

It's not that bad.....
I had a much better run this am, 4.5 miles at a good pace. Tomorrow I have dance class but I will try to squeeze in the ol' 10 miler before 9am so I can stay in bed on Sunday with my warm, gorgeous husband.
