View BONNIE180's food & exercise for this day

Well, very very intresting. Brandon and I went to a godsmack concert with a girlfriend and her husband last night. I was having a problem picking out any clothed that fit (I need to go shopping sooo bad). I finaly found a nice tank style top and a pair of jeans that I fat roled the legs to look like a capri. So anyhow, We took off to get to Chi-town after snacking on a portillo's cheese burger and 6 fries (fries don't taste good to me anymore but that burger....OMG, so good) we arrived at the show and got the beverages under control. I choose to have the burger so that I would have something heavy in my tummy all night. Nothing like having 4 beers on top of a salad with lite dressing, talk about not a good idea! Now don't think that I'm a drunk or even have close to a drinking problem. I like to have a GLASS of wine maybe 1 night a week. BUT, when I get a sitter for the kids and have no obligations the next day, I know how to have a good time. SO, getting back on topic. We watched a few cover bands and were foot dancing enjoying our beverages. We had made friends with a few Smack fans around us and were sharing concert storys. Godsmack came on and the crowd went insane!!! Next thing you know our whole little group was ingulfed into a mosh pit. Now for thos of you who may not know what a mosh pit is, its the eye of the storm. People pretty much beat the snot out of eachother when in the middle during hard fast beat songs. Then when the song ends they help eachother up and give high fives to eachother. I'ts really very intresting to WATCH! So anyway when the song stoped we gathered our belonging that were so nicely ripped from our bodys during the moment of moshing and we moved out of the way. At this time we are just enjoying the music and moving with the music. So out of the corner of my eye I saw that this rocker guy and his buddy were staring. Not just looking, But not, not looking at us. We were not being gross and dancing on eachother or being nasty girls, we were dancing normal! So we ignored them and had a good time dispite the lazer beams on us. Later that evening as we were walking back to the car my husband (mind you I am the DD and did not have a sip for the last 3 hours of the show, but the rest used the opportunity to indulge)said to me, "thats the closest I have been to getting in a fight in years." Now you have to know my hubby. He does not fight! Thats why I love him, he is a teddy bear. In my shock I ask why and he mentioned the 2 creeps with the lazers for eyes. He said he was getting real upset because they were checking me out and he was waiting for them to do something wrong so he could pounce. You may be asking what the signifigance of this long drawn out story is....Wanna know???.... MEN WERE LOOKING AT ME!!!! My husband has not had to worry about me getting un-solicited attention from men in quite some time and frankly neither have I. For the past 5 years I have been either pregnant or much larger then I would feel as "lazer beam eyes" quality. He didnt know how to handle it. His first reaction was to want to beat up the guys who were looking. I assured him that he is the one for me and I was not loosing weight to try to get a new man or even attract attention from other men. He is usualy not at a jelous type of guy AT ALL, but, its intresting how he was so out of practice on how to handle men who come on to his wife. I can handle my own, but there is that male pride that gets in the way sometimes and I have to let him handle things (as long as there is no fighting). It was a good feeling that #1 men find me attractive again (even if they are creepy) , #2 my husband see that now he has something others want and that makes him feel good to! Just an eye opener for the 2 of us....
