View BONNIE180's food & exercise for this day
So I went to work out on friday night at the ymca, pms-ing like mad. All I wanted to do was get a sweat on and work off my pms anger. I pulled in and saw a mer 2 cars in the parking lot, come to find out that the kid Zone was closed. So that fed my pms anger even more so I called my mother and met her for dinner. LOL, if I can't work out I will eat out...LOL.
Sat I pretty much sat around taking care of the children all day, not really getting anything done aound the house. It seems that with the age of the kids that I have I clean up one mess as there making another and then when I get to that one there back in the original one. I know it will get better with time though. Sat night I went with my husband to a friends house and had a few beers with them. I ended up staying over night with the kids because they and I did not want to leave when my hubbie did. He had to work early on sunday.
So here it is sunday morning. I am very proud of myself for my attempt this morning. After a long night of visiting (and eating pizza at 1:00 am....ugg, witch acctualy will count toward sundays calories so all I have to do is take it easy today) I woke up this mornig and took a run at my girlfriends house. I'm not much of a good runner but I enjoy it as of recently. I wanted to make it a mile or so but I ran into some snags. My running panths that I had on were WAY to big so every step I took they were falling to my knees. And my ankle is shot. I sprained it 5 weeks ago playing softball and its still in bad pain. I usualy can get through the pain but I could not keep up with holding on to my panths. So I'm proud that I even attempted.
Getting back to the topic of this post, I saw a person that I used to work with 10 years ago and she looked GREAT! She has dropped 70 lbs the hard way and is nothing but smiles. We talked breifly about what she was doing. She has beed working out and eating 4-6 small meals a day. I am so proud of her!
