Just when I thought I was doing bad I weighed a new lowest yesterday and today. I'm very happy about this. It kick started my self motivation again. I had a 4th party yesterday and it went off very well. It seemed that everyone had a good time. I made a BBQ pulled chicken with a side of beans and all the veggies and fruit you could eat. By the end of the night it was all gone! I could not beleive it. 3 full chickens cooked and pulled, 4 cans of beans, 3 strawberry containers, one bag o grapes, 1 cantaloup, 1 honeydew melon, 2 bag chips, 2 dishes of taco dip, cucumber salad (4 q's and 7 tomatos), Regular salad, 5 lbs potato salad, a 9x12 pan of jello cheese cake, full loaf of pumpkin bread, 1 small cheese cake, 1 no sugar added apple pie...ALL GONE!!!!! Then I pulled out more food later, just what I had laying around. 8 oatmeal rasin cookies. Not to mention my brother went on a Mc Donalds run for more food. WOW. There was not that many people here and the party didn't start untill 4:00 pm. My husbands family sure can eat and there all thin people....DAMN THEM! I felt great though. Hosting with the mosting. I didn't eat much at all. I had one half bun with some chicken piled on it with one scoop of cucumber salad. I kinda feel like a loser though. Because of all the prep for the party and my hubbies poor work schedual I have not made time to go work out all week. I will go in the morning, I have no excuse not to. I am going to make this new low weight loss stick without a slipping this time!
