MMMMMMM burrito. Its was a healthy one! about 500 cals total. It may seem like a lot to most but gosh its worth it to me. Plus it was HUGE so I didn't have to have rice or beans or the other fillers. I'm so proud of my use of a whole chicken. I got 3 whole chickens for about 4$ each then made 3 complete meals out of it. The first one was baking the wings, tearing the meat off them and feeding it to the kids. Flavored with a lemon pepper rub. They loved it. for the second meal I cut off the breast and the legs and cooked them for 10 hours in the crockpot with BBQ sauce and water mixed. when it was done cooking I shredded the meat for pulled chicken sandwiches (this is what I served for my 4th of july party). Then with the back bones and all the extra hard to get meat I boiled them untill they were falling apart and picked that off the bone. With that meat I made my burrito filling.
So even after eating my huge burrito last night I managed to lose 1 lb today for an even newer all time low for me...192...
I went swimming with the kids at a girlfriends house today and wore a new suit that I got when I was 43 lbs hever with the intention of fitting into it. For the first time in years I walked around without feeling the least bit self concous (sp). It was a nice feeling.
So I quit pop. I have a harder time not drinking pop then I thought I would. I am truly going through withdrawl.
