Back to working out and eating well. I took about a week off of the strict calroie diet and have come to a great realisation...I can maintain. I know its only a week, but its nice to know that I can have a few items of goodness guilt free and know that I am not going to total balloon out again. I also saw that in a normal day I eat about 2000 calories on average and that seems to be a good maintain calorie amount for me. I still have about 10 lbs to go so I am going to kick my butt to get it off and then be happy with maintaining from that point.
On a different topic, I mentiond in my last blog that I was taking time off working out due to the pain I have been having in my legs and ankles. They have sence started swelling and tingling all the time. It feels like bugs are landing on my skin and they itch. You would think that with a weight loss of almost 50 lbs I would get some releif in my lower joints...but they seem worse then ever. So I went on webmd.com and did the symptoms checker and from what I saw it may be related to my back problem. I have an L5-SI herniated disk and its reaking havok. I guess if the disk pushed on the spinal cord it sends the exact symptoms that I am having. I am planning on talking to my chyropractor about this and see if there is any non-sergical steps that can be taken. Other than talking to him the next option it talking to a neroiligest about what to do. Its really starting to bug me being in pain.
I found a great pair of jeans at Khols made by Lee. They are the only true no-gap butt I have seen and they fit like a glove. LOVE EM!
