View BONNIE180's food & exercise for this day

Well I reached my goal....Very exciting. I really think that getting back to work and having my healthy snacks around when the hunger strikes is what made it happen. The only problem I have is that when I went to the CK profiles my bmi was still 27 and they said I was still overweight. I'm bummed about that. I know I still have fat on my body but come on... what happens if I get sick...I will need the reserves that my body has so nicley stored for me. I'm really confused to what weight I should really be at. With my height and body style I can truly say that the "ideal"does not apply....or does it. So do I change my goal to reflect what the "books" say and see how I feel? If I am able to reach what the experts say will I even be able to maintain it? I still want to be a soft woman not a boney rail. So what next....I really though I would be more excited...All who are reading and shaking your head and thinking with sarcasim "poor thing...she has reached her goal and is not happy..." Please keep in mind that I have worked real hard and imagion reaching your goal and being told that its just not good enough.

if you feel comfortable where you are then stick with it-it will take some time to learn maintenance, and then after a while you can reassess. :) Great job on your success!!!!!!!!!!!!
