[7:40am] I'm pretty proud of this chart - it shows 95% compliance to my diet plan
Net Calories were 100% on target - the only thing that could have been a little better are the days in red. Those should have been 650 calorie workout days, but time constraints turned them into restricted calorie days. The net calorie result is the same, but the effect physiologically is a bit different. Time for a High Calorie Day!
Ahhh.... Another 3 low days down. Time for a high calorie day! Even though I usually eat the same amount every day, the high calorie day today will feel especially good. I had a low day and missed my workout... but at the end of the day, I hit my calories right on the mark (which means I ate 650 calories less than usual instead of eating my normal amount and burning 650).

WOOT! Another milestone. Size 38's baby! This is the first time I've worn something smaller than a 40 in ... maybe a year. Wow.
Yesterday, someone at work noticed that I have lost weight. Of course, it may have been because I was wearing my dunna-nunnas (see Jan 20 blog) with the waist cinched up like a flour sack *laugh* but hey! I'll take it.

My Salt Intake Is HOW HIGH???
I've had the strange feeling that my salt intake has been too high. This is going to be impossible to explain without sounding nuts, but when I have too much salt, it feels like my blood is thick. Even when I drink lots of water, I still feel thick inside. So, I just checked CK's fantastic mineral consuption chart; and to quote noted nutritionist Chris Farley: "Holy Shnikes".

[6:40pm] For those of you playing at home, the water weight did come off on Monday as predicted and I weighed in at 234.5 - right on target!
