I found some amazing bread over the weekend. There is a chain of Arizona based healthfood stores called "Sprouts" (They have locations in AZ, CA and TX). I was hoping to find a new bread by Oroweat called Flax + 7 which has a lot of healthy fatty acids in it. Instead, I found a real gem!

It's always a shame when it happens on a weigh in day. The scale is up from last week.

After a 2500 calorie maintenance day I'm back to my old self. I've felt really lethargic this week... at first I thought that it was because I ate 3100 calories on Saturday, then burned 1100 on Sunday, but I think it has more to do with the missed high calorie day on Tuesday. When I didn't bring my calories all the way back up, I didn't want to get out of bed. After my maintenance day on Thursday, I felt FANTASTIC!

Yesterday was a near perfect food day (for my current goals). I ate exactly what I planed to eat. My intake was within 100 calories of maintenance and my macro ratios (17% fat 26% protein and 57% carbs) are pretty friggin good! I hit my 650 calorie exercise target yesterday morning, too!
