[10:30am] Woohoo! Seven days of cardio in a row! My net calorie intake is still right on target, too! I just need to imrpove consistency with the number of calories I burn doing cardio.
Countdown to Weight Training
Feb 5 marks the 3 month point since my hernia surgery. That is the minimum amount of time my doctor recommended I wait before weight training. I'm planning to actually start on Feb 9 because that is the start of my training week and I want to see if there is a noticable difference in my weight loss for the week. I'm really interested to see how it changes the equasion!
Cripes - Someone Had a High Fiber Breakfast...
I was very happy that I had time to do 650 calories of cardio today... unfortunately, I got to do it next to one whopper of a pothead. I walked in a few minutes after this guy... typical 20something looked vaguely gang-bangerish with his tats and hooded sweatshirt, but he's probably a college student. He took his jacket off and about knocked me out with the wreak of pot. After I caught my breath... I wondered:
Who the h*ll says, Hey - it's 6:30am... I think I'm gonna burn through my ciggy case of spleefs then DO CARDIO ... cuz I wanna stay in shape?!!?
Dude hung in for half an hour... blagh... Smelled like I was training at a hemp farm.
Oh well - at least I got my work done... and I'm on track for the day.
(funny - I figured I'd be craving cheetos by now
