Short blog today. Yesterday was full of modified compound supersets designed to "break in" my chest/back and biceps/triceps. I overslept this morning and missed day 2 of my workout. Today should have been Quads/Hams and Calves/Shoulders. S'okay. I'll get 'em tomorrow.

REI
My wife lost her favorite jacket from REI yesterday. I'm going to try to swing by and buy a new one for her as a valentine's day present. (We sort of celebrated Valentine's early with our date, so this is a 'bonus' ;)

Snacking
I am continuing to hit the snack packs as a sort of 'comfort food', but I'm not sure why. Life is pretty good right now. I'm not binging, but I really want to stay away from processed food of any sort. (To be honest, I think that is the ONLY processed food I'm eating. Everything else is either a whole food or a fresh baked good (like the protein bread). Does that flax peanut butter count as processed? Probably. I'm sure the "fruit spread" does too, but it is "mostly natural".

I think I may give up the preserves and start using fresh fruit. Like peanut-butter banana or peanut butter strawberry sandwiches. Guess I'll have to wait for strawberries to come back in season.
