Okay. Time to change things up. I've had a week with 4 of 7 days at maintenance level and only 1 day of cardio. No surprise, I basically maintained everything - maybe even gained a little. After the first 5 weeks, I modified my program to add more calories in because I appeared to be losing weight too quickly... and I have been moving forward at a snail's pace ever since.Friday, February 8th 2008
I'm having a bit of a motivational problem, but it makes for an interesting experiment. Last week, I worked out 7 days in a row. This week I've worked out one. I have had a MUCH harder time sticking to the plan this week, and yesterday (day 5 of the week) I snapped and had junk food before going to bed - so much that I went up to my maintenance level on a low day. It will be interesting to see how my weight shakes out for the week.Thursday, February 7th 2008
What is going on with my sleep lately? The past few nights I have been waking up at 2:30am. It doesn't matter if I get up or if I lie in bed, but I stay awake until 4:30 or 5am then crash until 7:15 or 7:30am!Wednesday, February 6th 2008
Today is the magic day! I had hernia surgery 3 months ago exactly. I am supposed to be able to resume weight training as of right now! I hope to start on Saturday morning... but 3 or 4 days ago, I started getting pain around the surgery site. I'll call my doctor in the next few days and ask his advice.Tuesday, February 5th 2008
What an insane couple of days. I completely blew my time on Sunday so I had to crank on my school work non-stop Monday night. I got to bed around 1am and was absolutely fried.Next »
