Ah well - slightly off plan today. I ate the breakfast I intended, but didn't have it until 11am. I missed lunch again even though I worked from home today. When my wife brought home pizza, I didn't argue. Fortunately, I didn't go overboard. Just 2 slices (of a Costco-sized pizza... gigantic! 717 calories) Of course, pregnant friend Stacia brought over smores for some evil reason. Again - not overboard. I only had 2.
Afterward, I was ready to raid the fridge after dinner, but stopped myself. I had about 2000 calories today - which is plenty! My ratios are interesting... 40% fat. Wow. 40% carbs. I really need to bring that back in line.
Even Keel
I was horribly depressed yesterday and haven't done so well today. I -know- its because my food is a wreck and that is helping me stay on balance.
I need to get into the gym tomorrow. I missed it today because I woke up at 4:30am and fell asleep again at 6:15. I think if I wake up early, I just need to start my day instead of stressing about the fact that I'm awake.

Get to the gym, it will make you feel better and will kick that depression in the you know what!
