Two months? Really? Wow. I'm sure I've fallen off the map for most of you -- *waves* to JennCST, TracerFire, Chemm, Eliza, Shadeau and Skennon

But - rest assured, I'm still out here.
So Long Old Friend
I wrapped up my 10 sessions with my old personal trainer friend in September. I was bummed that I couldn't afford to keep going. She got me out of bed on Fridays. I really enjoy working with Rebecca. She's a lot like Jillian from the Biggest Loser... and MAN she knows her stuff. She will tweak my position just slightly and suddenly the exercise makes total sense.

Anywho... The good news is that I didn't stop going to the gym. In fact... I'm going more now than I was when we were training together! I'm weight training between 3 and 5 days a week now. I've got a pretty decent whole body routine that I'm using. After about 6 weeks, I'll change it up.
But here's the thing... I'm actually gaining muscle like gangbusters.
That wasn't really my goal, but because I don't completely have my diet in check, I'm flooding my engine with calories and packing on the mass. Hello, Beef. LOL
I don't mind the extra muscle - It adds more to my fat burning engine. While I'm doing this, I have made it a point to stay away from the scale. I want to make the morning workout a habit before I start changing things with my diet.
