NYC trip was a big success for me in terms of food and beverage choices. Yay!

After I got back home today, I went to the grocery store and picked up the spaghetti squash I had special ordered. HOLY MOLY!!! Why has no one ever told me to try that before?!? I could not believe how insanely fantastic it was, how very easy it was to cook, and how it really really really did indeed satisfy my cravings to eat a giant helping of pasta. (Pause to hear angels singing and to admire the rainbow that just appeared in my living room while I relive tonight's dinner in my mind...) I pretty much ate the entire squash in one sitting. I am SOOO going back to the grocery store tomorrow to buy another one! Burp.
