Running every 12 hours is no good for me. It isn't enough time for my body to recover and it is hard putting "your all" into it if you know you will be doing it again in 12 hours...I feel all over the place and every workout is not my best. I won't build edurance like that. It only took me two weeks to figure that out. :$

So, no run this morning. I will run tomorrow and I will push myself as hard as I can push myself. One of the other runners in my office and I were chatting this morning and I was :@ing about the hills. He said, "Yeah, you've got some pretty nice hills in your neighborhood." Honestly, I thought I was just being a whiny-whimp about the hills. I guess they really are as bad as I thought they were. It made me feel better about my whining. He he.

Last night was my last time running on the treadmill until the marathon is over. I will weight train at the gym from now, on. Woohoo. I really miss my weight training. I want to take one of the core strenghtening classes at the gym at least once a week, too. I should go check out the schedule.
