32 minutes, 5 laps (2.10 miles). Decided that there is nothing in the world inherently
wrong with walking up the steep hills.

I was able to run longer since I didn't put myself near cardiac arrest running up the hills! LOL.
I probably could have gotten in a 6th lap, but I
whimped out!
I am very much looking forward to the weight training this morning!!!!!!
Also, no change in my measurements this week.

Wassup with that? I can't wait to get to the gym to weigh myself. I have had an awesome week (although kinda low in the food department). I MUST have lost this week. Had to have lost this week!

I have been BUSTING MY ASS for
6 MONTHS and this is what I get for it???? Very poor cardiovascular health and weight gain?
Here are my six month
daily averages taken directly from my CK report:
food calories: 1,888 cals
exercise minutes: 43 mins
exercise calories: 454 cals
net calories: 1,434 cals
And I probably didn't log three weeks (at most) during that 6 month period.
I'm just feeling rather beaten-up today.
