40 minutes, 7 laps (2.94 miles), walked hills and walked the last 1/3 of lap 7. 76 degrees outside with a full moon overhead. Nice. :y:

I may need to find a better tool for myself. This one isn't working too great right now.

:cool: That Core Class at Lifetime Firness was awesome. Seriously liked it! It wasn't at all what I was expectecting. I had envisioned it being something like pilates. Nope. :y: Way faster--kinda like dance! I still don't think I burned anywhere NEAR 667 calories; but maybe 400.

A co-worker (yes, the one I gave hell to about trying to feed me food I didn't want) told me about this cool park not too far from the house where he trains for his marathons. Flat, covered in mature trees, with lots of different paths. He said there are no mile markers but it is good for endurance training. I'm going to go Saturday and get away from the hills here. It will be very good for me.
