Sh!t. I got up at 5:00AM, went to the park. It was awesome in the dark with all the noises of the critters. Got two minutes into my run and stepped into a sink hole I couldn't see. Hurt my right knee (which is weaker than my left, anyway). F__k! I thought I'd try to run when I got home thinking the smoother surface would be okay. Not!
I'm very upset.
New rule to add to the collection: Don't run in the park in the dark on uneven surfaces.

Rest days are fantastic. It felt good to sleep until 6AM and cuddle with prince charming until 6:30.
My body was very fatigued yesterday. But it made the bed feel oh-so-wonderful.

And, it was clean sheet day. Woohoo.
I'm going to run in that park, that I just found out about, tomorrow. I am looking forward to it. Maybe 90 minutes tomorrow morning? Now THAT would be awesome. Then, training with my group for the marathon starts next Saturday. I think I'll be ready....

40 minutes, 7 laps (2.94 miles), walked hills and walked the last 1/3 of lap 7. 76 degrees outside with a full moon overhead. Nice.

I am getting very frustrated with how CK calculates EVERYTHING.
I may need to find a better tool for myself. This one isn't working too great right now.

Feeling very tired today, but not sick.
Something good came out of the fitness tests on Saturday. Between the guy who did the testing, his manager, and myself, we managed to convince my prince charming that he would benefit a LOT from personal training. He decided to postpone the purchase of his new computer and get the training, instead. I was shocked!!! But, very happy. He has horrible posture, no core strength, isn't very flexible, and has some muscle imbalance in his legs that make...
