View CELAWLOR's food & exercise for this day
Let's do the math here...4.5 lbs equals 15,750 calories over maintenance...add maintenance ~2,500 daily and that is 17,500 calories...add the two and get 33,250..then divide by 7 days in the week...4,750 each day. LOL. Riiiiiiiiight. Like I ate that many calories each day last week. Too funny. I'm not even going to record that gain. That is completely rediculous.
You know, selling viagra (et al) without a prescription must be a very lucrative and high-demand business. I quit counting how many e-mails I get each week from erectile disfunction med pushers. Let's not even mention that I don't have the ability to GET that condition. Surely people can find something better to do with their time than to find creative ways to spell Vleagr@ and C!a Li$. Oy.
I was supposed to get a fairly substantial bonus two weeks ago. When I inquired about it after I didn't get it, I was told it would be today. Well, guess what...no bonus. Money is one thing you should never mess with your employees about. Nothing tanks morale faster than not getting the money you are promised. I don't even want to work today, now. Real bad attitude...Boss says "I don't know, I don't do payroll." Nice answer. My six month review didn't happen and my annual review was supposed to be this week. Sometimes I want to just tell my boss to take his job and shove it up his ***. (Actually, I may have actually said that to him a time or two.) Then it gets better. Then I want to quit, again. Then it gets better...It is a bipolar experience.
We are like an old married couple and our personalities are very similar. So it is like being married to yourself. Very volatile. We don't balance each other out very well. There are good things about being so similar, but also many bad things. As long as we don't actually have to interact with each other, things are great. What's even funnier is that we are really good friends--and have been for several years. When we go out together, and don't talk about work, we have an absolute blast. Very bipolar...
