So I ate fast food last night. It upset my stomach, but the worst was how bad I felt during my personal training session this morning and how poorly my body responded. WOW...that's all I can say. That is all the evidence I need that nutrition plays a major role in the quality of your overall existence. Unbelieveable, really. Even my trainer knew something was amiss. Let's do the math here...4.5 lbs equals 15,750 calories over maintenance...add maintenance ~2,500 daily and that is 17,500 calories...add the two and get 33,250..then divide by 7 days in the week...4,750 each day. LOL. Riiiiiiiiight. Like I ate that many calories each day last week. Too funny. I'm not even going to record that gain. If you can no longer SEE your christmas junk in the main living areas of your house, does that mean it is "put away"???? LOL I still don't have my regular energy levels and I got tired of looking at Christmas so I put it all (including the tree) in the guest room and shut the door. Done. So pathetic. Hopefully we don't have any quests come until I get the energy/motivation/desire to put it all away properly. I am very relieved that I at least no longer have to look at it anymore....

technology . Long story--short: Verizon Wireless kissed and made-up with me so I went ahead and renewed my contract and got the new PDA I've been drooling over.
