Doh! My resume had the WRONG PHONE NUMBER on it. Can you believe it???

So, I swallowed hard and explained to the HR person that I was a dork and must have sent her my resume BEFORE I saved it in Word.

Luckily, we laughed it off and rescheduled the phone interview for Friday. Good thing this isn't my "first impression", right??? I still can't believe I did that. That means they got the resume that was not grammatically correct, also. Yikes.

So I have 33 open cases to whittle down today. Today is my annoying 15 miute case closure day. That should allow me to cut my open cases in half. I hate doing these little teeny-tiny things because it makes you jump, (intellectually) from one mode to another to a completely different one...it is hard on my brain and makes me tired. But, I have no projects to work on so it is this or nothin'. Here I go.
