Woohoo! Looks like 4 - 5 pounds gone this week. I am down 10 since I started my experiment. Sunday I leave for my annual conference in Maryland where there will be food and drink-a-plenty. I'm going to try really really hard to get up at 5:00 each day and go running so that I can keep these pounds off and still enjoy the merriment. One or two more weeks like this week and the clothes will start feeling a LOT better. I need to start training for a marathon, again, though. That was the best...

Work is crazy crazy crazy busy. My boss and I had a great big fight last night. It ended okay, like it normally does, but he sure can frustrate me like no one else.
