I ran my two miles this morning. They were a hard two miles. My shins and calves are working too hard. I'm thinking that it is because I am not using my core properly. I am going to start going back to the gym and taking my core class. I'm also thinking that I will spend the next couple of weeks focusing on my form during my runs and putting less emphasis on everything else. Form is VERY important! I've very rarely had calf and shin issues while running in the past.

I am taking my husband to the airport in about 20 minutes and I will not see him again until July 21. The longest we have ever been apart is like 7 or 8 days. This will be interesting. I'm not used to running the show on my own, anymore. It is a VERY good thing, however, that my son goes to Nebraska tomorrow. I'm not sure I'd be able to pull it off without my husband being around. =D I haven't had to do dishes, make coffee, do the laundry, figure out what groceries we needed, make the bed or clean the bathrooms since we got married. I guess it will all come back to me, no? :cross2:

I have a lot of things running through my brain but I do not have the time to articulate any of them right now. Perhaps I will come back later and record one or two of them.
