Wow. The boy and I were out for something like 9 hours today. Lots of shopping. I am NOT going to get upset about GAINING another 2/10 lb. Not going to do it. I'm not. Promise.
I've got a lot to do today. Lots to do this weekend. Tomorrow morning I am going to get up and walk/run. I'm confident that the boo-boo on my heel will behave itself. If not, the pain won't be debilitating and if it bleeds, it won't be much.

Okay, so how friggin' nutty is it that I am VERY happy that my period seems to be starting--albeit two weeks late?!?! The very visible bloating in my face and abdomen has gone down considerably and I feel OH so much better.

Where's the party? Sign me up, I'm ready to go!
More good news:

I think I'll be able to get out and walk on Saturday morning. I'm barely limping with my shoe on.

I have kept the calories in check since the mishap earlier this week.

I am in a much better mood today, even though I haven't really slept for two days now. I seem to be suffering from insomnia? I stayed well under calories yesterday, too. The food just doesn't seem to be moving and I just wasn't hungry, again. This week won't be a bust, after all!
