So what is the sucky part about going on vacation? The workload that builds up while you are out having a good time.

I am supposed to be onsite doing some training Wednesday through Friday of this week so that leaves me ONE day to get everything done. Like that will happen. I'll end up working for a few hours when I get home from the full day of training. It's just gonna have to be that way. And I am training the worst client that used to be my best client. Although, in all fairness, they are slowly digging themselves out of the worst client category. My boss and I still have those moments when we want to blow up the building and they almost got themselves fired last week, but it IS getting better.

My boss is sending the project manager onsite with me to babysit. That creeps me out. I'm an awesome trainer, so I am not worried about him giving my boss a negative report...it is just weird to have someone from my camp onsite with me for training. Maybe it is so that he can get trained, too? Odd. I just hope he keeps his mouth shut because we do NOT see eye-to-eye as far as client relations go. I had to submit to him for the last project in Odessa, but not this one. It is my baby and I have the relationship established. I will have no problems shutting him up if he tries to get stupid, again, in front of the client. I would, of course, prefer to not even have to go there. This will be interesting.
