I have been MIA with good reason. Wow! My house needs a lot of TLC. I tend to tackle the big projects, first. And I did just that on my first day of vacation. The garage!!! I

So I renewed my membership for another year. I had mixed feeling about it, but decided that I would make my decision next year.I have less than 8 hours of work left before vacation and I have a loooooong list of honey-do's I've created for myself to get done over the next 11 days. I didn't realize how much I had to do around this place.

I have a lot going on right now. Four work days until I am on vacation. I am really looking forward to the time away from the job. I am pondering actually turning off my laptop and packing it in the computer bag, along with my day runner. Since I work from home, I don't know what else to do to emotionally separate myself from it, so I think I will pack all traces of it up until the new year. 9 Days of work left for 2008. My boss ended up approving the reimbursement of that second monitor that I have. That is awesome. It is great to have so much more additional screen space! It blocks a significant portion of my view outside, but I will adjust. Did I mention how much I am looking forward to my vacation???Hubby got his recliner last night. 10 Days of work left before vacation! Woooooooohooooooo!
Nothing incredibly interesting going on. I think we are going to rearrange the bedroom so that I can bring my beloved chaise in there. We found my dear, sweet Prince Charming a recliner and we're going to go pick it up tonight. I also found a chair that is very complimentary to the recliner we are getting for him, but the seller wants too much $$$ for it. I offered $150 less than what they are asking if they couldn't find anyo...
