:y: Guess who found out that, in the city I live in, animals (cats included) are not allowed to roam free through the streets?!?! =D

My flower beds that I worked so hard on last fall are all but destroyed. I have been scared half to death, going into my garage at night (half naked) to find a cat streaking along a wall. And smelled cat urine after one has spent too many hours stuck in my garage.

:rock1: I called the animal control this morning after finding the wretched thing in my garage AGAIN this morning. They promptly came and caged the menace. I was, however, kind-hearted enough to inform the animal control officer to whom the mangy thing belonged to. They released the horrid animal to the custody of the owner and informed her that the next time they find the cat running around, she will be cited. Happy Days!!! About 30 minutes later, I saw her packing her cats in her suburban and there has been no sign of them, since.

Just so you all don't think I'm a cat hater, I've added a picture of our little, sweet Missy...our INDOOR, non-neighborhood menace, cat. That is Prince Charming in his new (to him) chair and Missy's "spot" on his lap. Every time he sits in that chair, she is right there, on his lap, in almost that exact position. I really do love the kitty-cats!

My stress level has just decreased...substantially.

I have that issue but it is with both dogs on one side and cats on the other side. My neighbor is a cat lady she has even had the police out to remove some of them. IT is also the law here in my city, but we have terrible animal control because although it is the suburbs it is still back woods. Glad you were able to handle your situation easily.

didn't your neighbor have a completely out of control quanitity of cats? My girls are indoor/outdoor but there are only two and i haven't received any complaints. But i have a neighbor on the next block who has ten cats and there is a lot problems on that block. Take care and have a good weekend.
