Sugar (aka fructose, sucralose).

I never really had an appreciation for how many foods had sugar in them until recently. I have found ONE type of food that I can deal with sugar being in it: bread. Seems as though almost all bread has a little. I cannot taste the sugar in bread!!! But don't expect me to eat anything else that has even a little bit of sugar in it! I also had an epiphany about the fruit bars I was hoping to find that did not contain sugar. They don't exist because natural fruit goo doesn't freeze well. Duh.
My first ultrasound is on Monday morning and I am very excited about that. It will be good to actually see the little baby in there and make sure he/she is growing and developing properly. Since I miscarried last time, I have been a little on the anxious side about all that. My first prenatal appointment at the birthing center is just two weeks after that! I'll be at the end of my first trimester then.
I am still working on planting my 140+ zinnias and mulching. Poor things. They are busting out of their temporary containers and I wish I could just plow through it and get them planted. But, it just can't be so. Too hard on my body. I am really close to being half way done. That is usually a day-long project for me. Not a month long ordeal. Ah well. Nothing I can do about it except work with it. I'm hoping I can get another flat planted and mulched tomorrow morning. That would be fantastic.
