View CELAWLOR's food & exercise for this day
I had my first ultrasound yesterday morning.
Baby is doing well, nice strong heartbeat, five days ahead of schedule...BUT...it implanted really low in my uterus and my uterus is tilted forward and that is why I have been having some bleeding for the last two/three weeks off and on. The placenta keeps separating from the uterine wall down at the bottom when I get too active.
The midwife put me on "pelvic rest" which means no exercise, no intercourse, no orgasms, no lifting, no excessive bending, no yard work, etc. FOR 10 WEEKS!!!!!

I'm not even sure if it's physically possible to go three months without an orgasm and exercise? Won't something really bad happen?

Some kind of nuclear meltdown or self-destruction???
The midwife indicated that the placenta tends to move up as the baby grows and we will have another ultrasound at about 18/20 weeks. I'm going to ask for another one in about 5 or 6 weeks if I have no bleeding during that time. That is a VERY long time to go without...sex, especially!

wow you have a lot going on and now a little less. 140+ zinnias? That is an awful lot of flowers but I love zinnias. I can plant mine from seed though because of our long growing season in California. Take care of you and that baby.
