Woooo! That trip to Austin was BRUTAL!!! I love to travel, but I don't think I want to do it while pregnant, again. That was no fun. At.All.

I came home and our little(ish) concrete slab was done. I paid the guy 1/2 up front and told him that I would pay the rest when I got home. He was supposed to build a 5" think, 18' round slab. I got about 3 - 4" and 16'. WTF?!?!?! We went ahead and set the pool up on it and it *barely* fit. Seriously. It's filling now and it may actually be too small...we'll see. The guy is supposed to come for his money tomorrow morning and I don't have any idea how to even go about approaching this. He's not getting his damned money, that's for sure. Aside from that, I dunno. What's even stranger is that you can clearly see the spray paint in the grass where they outlined the 18', and they dug out part of it. I just don't get it.

I've got nothing else very interesting to say since I am just mentally (and physically) exhausted from the trip. An early bedtime is in order for me, it seems.
