Yet ANOTHER ultrasound and midwife visit. Had something that was potentially bad pop up that ended up being nothing. Yay! Found out that my gestational diabetes screening came back perfect and I have no blood sugar issues, either too high or too low. I was slightly concerned about the too low potential, but no need to worry.

I seem to be craving buffalo wings, A LOT! It's funny to me. I also decided that I needed to cook a turkey (yes, a full 20 pounder) this week. :teeth1: As long as I am craving healthy stuff, I'm just going to go with it and be amused. And...I see nothing wrong with a grilled chicken breast for morning snack. :P

If anyone that reads this has ever drank warm milk to assist with sleep, please tell me what you put in it so that it is not nasty! My midwife recommended that I drink a small cup of warm milk to help me get back to sleep when I wake up at 2 am, so I did that this morning and almost :barf3: . It DID help me get back to sleep, but oh my!!! That's some nasty stuff right there. I can't use chocolate because it has sugar and caffeine in it.

Mmmmm... warm milk with 1/2 tablespoon of honey. Just had some yesterday for dinner... on that note - don't try to mix the honey into cold milk. :tongue10:
