View CELAWLOR's food & exercise for this day
Aaaaah! What a difference a day can make. Had an excellent visit with the midwife today and I slept decently last night. We decided to try to help the baby out next Wednesday if she doesn't come before then on her own.
My mother (once again) put me through the wringer regarding the safety of giving birth outside a friggin' hospital without an obstetrician. Sometimes, I really wish it was possible to adopt your parents. I'm a horrible daughter and I know it. Worse: I don't care. I have no desire to do/say anything about it because all it will do is make her cry and I just don't see the point. Guess I should quit complaining then, eh?

My sister had her 2nd & 3rd child with a mid-wife at home. (She wanted to have the 1st one that way but my mom and another sister convinced her to have the 1st in a hospital but to do it all naturally). If you're healthy and your baby is healthy, why not? If you could choose your parents, who would you choose?

Yeah, we can be a little over the top sometimes. You obviously mean a lot to her too, she's just concerned. Might be best not to share everything right now... So glad to hear you finally had a good night's sleep. Hope you get another tonight.
