We are making the nurse-midwife + birthing center versus the obstetrician + hospital decision right now. My hubby is being sooooooo amazing about it. He REALLY wants to fully participate in the birth with me.
He's doesn't think that the hospital will let him "catch" the baby--and he's probably right--and he so wants to do that. We will have to pay 20% if we go the natural route and $15 if we use the traditional OB + hospital route. I fall in love with that man all over again at...

Things have really settled down around here. That is both good and bad. I don't remember if I mentioned that I had a miscarriage a while ago, or not. I am pregnant again, at any rate, and will be welcoming a new addition to our family in January. Going through all of these very super-lovely early pregnancy issues, again.Work has been slow. Guess who was removing their electric fence yesterday???
Wish I could say that I knew I had something to do with it, but I can't. Seriously, all I care about is that it is coming down and the children won't be hurt. It also MUST mean that the neighbor cats from hell are no longer going to be an issue? One can only hope!

The neighbor cat drama and the friend's psycho-wife drama just will NOT go away. It has become less bothersome, but it's not gone, yet. My friend and I are forced to have a "secret" friendship. I'm really not sure if it can get any more juvenile, but it is both funny and sad at the same time. He's convinced me that things will settle down and I really do like him and his kiddo's. I was invited to a "birthday party" at this bowling place/club whatever on Friday. Despite my better judgement, I went. I realized after an hour at dinner with these three individuals that I had made a horrible mistake and called myself a cab home.
